Emma is a junior at Cornell who is interested in science communication and the effects of climate change on ecosystems. She studies Biological Sciences with a concentration in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. In addition to writing blog posts for us, Emma teaches hiking classes for Cornell Outdoor Education and studies pollinator disease transmission in the McArt Lab. She’s enjoying learning more about the natural history of Cayuga Lake while working on the blog and we’re so grateful for her assistance. Thank you Emma!
