Youth Guides (Ages 14–17)

APPLICATION PERIOD BEGINS MARCH 1st

Summer Youth Crew (July-August) 15-20 hours/week.

DCL Youth Guides learn valuable job skills as junior guides on our boat, assist with lake study and educational programs, and may pursue personal projects related to their areas of interest. Every year we hire approximately 6 first-year Youth Guides and two second year Youth Guides.

Youth Guide Position description

Applications and questions may be submitted directly to us via email. However, first time candidates seeking a paid position must apply through one of the following local youth employment programs. Submit a separate application to the program that seems best for you, and note that in your correspondence with us.
